Fees reflect time spent, complexity, personnel level, and task type (interviews, preparation, review, planning, research, notices). Estimates are not guarantees. Disorganized documentation or work outside scope will increase time and fees. Our billings reflect both time and charges, including difficulty, size, deadlines, staff experience, client cooperation, and the value delivered.
